Week 2: Submitting your blog to directories which have high PR for free and without the need for reciprocal links - Part 1

Well after doing some research on google to have a good list of free directories with good PR, i came across an excellent list. The list contains links of about 100 free directories whereby you dunt need to put the reciprocal links of directories.
if you are trying to build links for your site, i would suggest you to start with these directories. I will try to add a review of each directory so that it will be easier for you to submit your blogs.


1. DMOZ PR 8

On the main page of DMOZ, you will see some categories, you have to identify which category really suits your site. When you have chosen your category, you will see suggest Url. You have to click on it and you have to fill in the deatils about your site and wait for approval. Once your site has been accepted into the Open Directory, it may take anywhere from 2 weeks to several months for your site to be listed on DMOZ partner sites which use the Open Directory data, such as AOL Search, AltaVista, HotBot, Google, Lycos, Netscape Search, etc.


2. Jayde PR 6

Submission on this site is relatively simple, you will see "sumit your site" tab on the main page. After you click on it you will be sent to a page where you have to enter your email address and web url. After submitting these info you will be sent a confirmation mail.

3. My Green Corner PR 6

On the home page of the site , you will see "Add Site " tab. You just have to click on it and on the following page you have to add your ebsite details. after which your site will be pending for approval.

4. The Living Link PR 6

This one also is relatively simple. On the main page you just have to click on submit link and then you have to enter the details of your site. thats all and you have to wait for them to aprove your request.

5. Can Links PR 5

On the main page you will see the "add link" feature, you just have to add your site details and link. and wait for their approval.
